Our company designed and manufactured the FPS 1200.21 filter press for Nenel doo (Serbia) for the filtration of juice coming from the extraction of aroma from licorice roots in Turkmenistan.
The FPS 1200.21 model is characterized by frame with accessories, in-built filtrate manifold, high speed hydraulic power unit, simultaneous automatic hydraulic opening system, pneumatic plate shaking system, slurry feeding pomp and high-quality details. This model has extreme versatility and speed in the unloading phases thanks to the simultaneous opening of the entire plate pack. And if we talk about plates, this model is equipped with 21 plates (Mixed membrane/chambered plate pack) which allows to reduce the time of the filtration cycle, and the residual humidity of the cake compared to that obtainable with the fixed volume of the recessed plate.
The filter presses designed and manufactured by Diemme Soil Washing have advanced technical features to improve operator safety, efficiency and durability of the equipment.
