The plant is located in a waste management center that recovers sand and waste from vacuum trucks that clean septic pits, from primary sand removal section of wastewater treatment plant and road sweeping waste from municipal and industrial waste management companies. All wastes are processed through the plant. Clean material is recovered for foundation of roads, parking and industrial areas, buildings and eventually is sold to private citizens. Silt and clay are disposed in landfill after mechanical dewatering.
