Water Treatment and Clarification Plants

DIEMME SOIL WASHING designs and manufactures complete water treatment plants including chemical conditioning, clarification, sedimentation, sludge and clear water storage section.

The systems are customized to the customer’s needs and can include single conditioning reactors, mixed multi-compartment tanks, static clarifiers, dynamic scrapers bridge clarifiers or a lamella clarifiers.
The dosage of chemical reagents is regulated through the use of multiparameter probes for the measurement of pH, conductivity or redox potential.
A measurement system of the flocculation degree allows to automatically adjust the dosage of the polyelectrolyte during the clarification and sedimentation phase to avoid unnecessary overdoses or harmful underdoses as the concentration of solids at the input changes.
